You can delete your Ist'ile account at any time — instantly from the app, or by submitting the request form below.

Open Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account in the app or on the website. Deletion is immediate. Take me there
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your profile photo
- Your saved favourites and notification history
- Your push notification tokens and signed-in sessions
What we keep (and why)
- Completed booking records, in anonymised form (kept for professionals' business records)
- Reviews you posted, shown as “Deleted user”
- A log entry of the deletion itself (legal accountability)

Not signed in, or removed the app already? Enter the email address of your account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days. We may email you to verify ownership.
