Platform role

Ist'ile is a discovery and booking platform. The professionals listed on Ist'ile are independent businesses. Ist'ile does not provide beauty or grooming services, does not employ the professionals, and is not a party to the service agreement formed when you book.

Ist'ile helps customers discover shops and request appointments. The final service delivery, punctuality, in-shop experience, service quality and final pricing accuracy remain the responsibility of the listed shop.

Service outcomes

Results of beauty and grooming treatments vary from person to person. Descriptions, photos, prices and durations are provided by each shop. Ist'ile does not verify professional qualifications or licences and gives no warranty as to the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any service. Raise health concerns (allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, patch tests) directly with the professional before your appointment.

Ratings and reviews

Reviews reflect the personal opinions of customers, not the views of Ist'ile. We do not verify every claim made in a review.

Availability of the platform

We aim for high availability but the platform is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or by events beyond our control. Information may occasionally be out of date — for example when a shop changes prices before updating its listing.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Mauritius, Ist'ile excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or from services delivered by listed professionals. Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
