Is there a free plan?+
There is no permanent free plan. During launch, shops can join free for 90 days and get featured visibility across Ist'ile.
Do I need a card?+
No. During launch, no card is required. Paid subscriptions are verified manually by bank transfer or Juice.
What happens after 90 days?+
You can continue on Essential, Growth or Premium. If payment is not verified, new online booking requests are paused until your subscription is active — your dashboard and data stay accessible.
Will my data be deleted after the trial?+
No. Your shop profile, services, photos and booking history are kept safely — nothing is ever deleted.
Do you take commission on bookings?+
No. Ist'ile currently charges 0% commission on bookings, on every plan.
Can I change plan?+
Yes. You can change your intended plan at any time before payment, or request a plan change from your dashboard.
Why is my shop no longer featured after the trial?+
Featured visibility is included during the 90-day launch trial and with Premium subscriptions. On Essential and Growth your shop stays fully bookable, without the featured placement.
