Booking
How do I book an appointment?+
Open a shop profile, choose a service, pick a date and one of the available times (greyed times are taken), then tap Request booking. The shop confirms it — usually within a few hours — and you're notified instantly.
Why is my booking 'pending'?+
Every request goes to the professional for a quick confirmation, so you never get double-booked. Pending means it's in their inbox; you'll get a notification the moment they approve.
How do I cancel or change a booking?+
Open My bookings, choose the appointment and tap Cancel (up to 2 hours before the time). Need a different time? Cancel and rebook, or message the shop — they can reschedule from their side.
How do I pay?+
At the shop, exactly as usual — cash, card or Juice, whatever the shop accepts. The price you see at booking is the price you pay.
Can I review a shop?+
Yes — once your booking is marked completed, a 'Leave a review' button appears on it in My bookings.
Account
How do I change my name, phone or photo?+
Go to Profile — tap the avatar to upload a photo, edit your details and save.
I forgot my password.+
Password self-reset is coming soon. For now, contact support from the email on your account and we'll help you regain access.
How do notifications work?+
The bell in the header shows booking updates, messages and reviews in real time. On the mobile app you can also enable push notifications — we ask only after your first booking.
For professionals
How do I list my business?+
Choose I'm a professional at signup, add your shop details, and you're in review. Once approved you appear in browse and on the map.
How does availability work?+
Customers can only pick times that are genuinely free: your opening hours, minus breaks, blocked time and existing bookings. Manage everything from Dashboard → Calendar and Availability.
What does Featured mean?+
Featured shops (Premium plan) appear first in results with a gold badge and highlighted map pins. See pricing.
Privacy & data
How do I delete my account?+
Instantly from Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account, or via the web deletion request page. We explain exactly what's removed and what's kept.
What do you do with my location?+
Nothing sneaky. Location is used only when you tap 'Near me' or open the map, only on your device and for that request. We never track you in the background and never store a location history.
